Written and performed by the married vaudeville team of Nora Bayes & Jack Norworth in the 1908 "Ziegfeld Follies." Yet another "moon/June/croon/spoon" song so popular in Tin Pan Alley's early days. Some laugh & jeer, but we're still singing them a century later.
